Construction commenced in 2015, covering a vast area of 410,000 square meters, with a total building area of 144,000 square meters, and an investment of 1.64 billion yuan. This magnificent complex comprises four large individual buildings, including a stadium, sports arena, swimming pool, and training hall.According to the design plan, the Olympic Sports Center will have over 50,000 seats, making it a fully-equipped, state-of-the-art sports center capable of hosting various domestic and international events and tournaments.
The design of the Olympic Sports Center has been meticulously crafted to preserve the natural mountainous landscape, creating a harmonious connection between the architecture and the surrounding environment. The integration of green spaces and squares forms an ecological and natural sports center, boasting a remarkable green coverage of 42.6%. As visitors step into the venue, a sense of pride and excitement overwhelms them, evoking a unique sense of national pride and honor as Chinese residents.

This exceptional acoustic experience is a result of the meticulous acoustic design undertaken during the initial planning phase of the Olympic Sports Center. To ensure the best sound effects within the venue, the engineering team conducted multiple studies and investigations. After careful consideration and research, they decided to install 10,000 square meters of A-grade non-combustible perforated sound-absorbing panels and 4,500 square meters of cement wood wool sound-absorbing panels.
Considering the various functions and purposes of different sections within the venue, the appropriate sound-absorbing materials were strategically placed to achieve the optimal reverberation time. This method effectively resolves any issues of echo and multiple reflections that could arise in such a large space, resulting in a warm and inviting sound, with clear and even acoustics that resonate throughout the venue, creating a welcoming and comfortable ambiance.
