With a length of approximately 720 meters from east to west and a width of around 430 meters from north to south, the center spans 300,000 square meters. It boasts a total construction area of 335,000 square meters and an investment of approximately 2.3 billion yuan. The facility includes a sports stadium, sports hall, swimming pool, athlete reception center, public fitness facilities, and commercial amenities. The project was jointly completed by the Beijing Institute of Architectural Design and the Beijing Institute of Architectural Design Co., Ltd.
