It covers an area of 300,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 335,000 square meters. The center includes a gymnasium, swimming pool, athlete reception center, national fitness facilities, and commercial supporting facilities. It was jointly completed by the Beijing Architectural Design Institute and the Beijing Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd.
