Located in Suichuan County, Jiangxi, the newly constructed swimming pool within the Jiangxi Ji'an Suichuan County National Fitness Center spans an impressive area of 2150 square meters. As one of Suichuan County's emerging cultural and recreational facilities, this venue serves as a hub for hosting events, promoting community cultural activities, and fostering leisure and sports engagement.Given the center's role in hosting official swimming competitions, a meticulous adherence to competition-level swimming facility design was essential, with a particular emphasis on acoustic considerations. A comprehensive acoustic design plan was integrated to enhance the overall atmosphere and acoustic performance of the swimming pool.
To maintain a unified decorative style and ensure moisture resistance, the design team opted for aluminum perforated acoustic panels as the primary sound-absorbing material. These panels were strategically installed on both the walls and ceilings, creating a harmonious visual synergy with the white-toned finishes and the floor's ceramic tiles. Carefully placed broadband sound-absorbing treatments were also employed throughout the facility to mitigate acoustic issues like echo, flutter echo, and multiple reflections.

Covering essential areas including the swimming pool, entrance hall, corridors, changing rooms, washrooms, control rooms, and equipment rooms, the comprehensive architectural acoustic design plan successfully curtailed the reverberation time within the swimming pool. Consequently, the achieved reverberation time stands at an optimal 2.0 seconds.
