As a newly constructed venue serving Beian District and its surrounding cities, this arena is dedicated to fostering ice hockey-related sports, hosting matches, training sessions, and providing recreational opportunities for the local community.
The arena's design draws inspiration from the regional aesthetic elements of Heilongjiang while seamlessly incorporating modern minimalistic features. However, to address acoustic challenges including vibration echoes, sound focus, and reverberations within the arena, the implementation of appropriate acoustic materials was imperative.
